Board meetings are open to the public. They take place on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm.
Board meeting agendas and minutes are posted on the Utah Public Notice Website. You can access the information by going to the site, selecting “Schools” in the Government section, selecting “Treeside Charter School” in the Entity section, and selecting “TCS Board of Trustees” in the Body section. Scott Sundblom
Background: Non-profit board experience: Treasurer, Vice President; Social Media Club of Salt Lake City
Vice President of Marketing; Seattle Ensign Symphony & Chorus
Religious experience: Managed the finances of a local congregation for over three years
Managerial: Currently serving as a Marketing Director at Clearlink where responsible for the forecasting and management of all revenue and expenses for a business unit
Relevant Education: Graduated with an MBA from Utah Valley University in 2019

Kimber Pritchard
Background: A member of the School Board, has and currently owns businesses in the food service industry. She has previously been Food Service Director at Treeside Charter School where she was able to turn around a lunch program that was losing money when she came on board to one that could support itself and grow. This time in school management also helped her learn of many grants, school regulations, and the financial workings of a school. Owning businesses has also increased her skills in understanding finances, managing, and helping those around her succeed and grow. Community involvement has been a part of Kimber's professional and personal life.
